wht technical details are ut laking abt, NANO was designed at TATA Motors Pune plant, many of its negineers have left the company to join Volkaswgen, Fiat, GM and BENZ in Pune itself. Its not soem rocket science. BAJAJ-Renaut are also deisgning same vehicle. If you understand abt car plant , its basically assemblying the parts manufactured by the suppliers.
