Rohit. Cricketing capital does not include players. The whole administration is run by Mumbai lobby. Players can be replaced over night. Also sorry whatever you define legacy, please check the facts, its the political legacy that has made Delhi dumb. NSE, BSE are in Mumbai. All Major Bank headquarters are un Mumbai. Fashion capital Delhi?? please check the number of Models and designers out of Mumbai. One Ritu Berry does not make fashion world out of Delhi.

In terms of power supply, delhi (& NCR) could not be compared to mumbai at any cost as mumbai really does provide it 24 hrs. Majority of changes in delhi are occuring due to NCR & the decisive games to be held in 2010.
People commenting on situation of mumbai during monsoon, tell me 1 thing- What was the budget granted to get the Yamuna filtered by 2009 and what is the current scenario? The condition is so worsened there tht you will have to shut your nose so as to cross the river. If that much amount was spent on Mumbai, it would have been a lot better. I am currently at NCR but my childhood spent in the glossy streets of mumbai. Still i remember its environment & cooperative people.Mumbai used to look more cool during rainy season. Rain used to have no effect on lifestyle and normal routine was carried out. Yes, you are really secured there. Delhi is spacious, broad roads, parks, blah blah but work culture really sucks. The new generation gifted by an IT job even feel ashamed when talking to a poor or a low class people. People have no spirit.

I am Born & brought up in Mumbai & from last 5 years i have been staying Shifting places from London Dubai New York Singapore but I feel no citi can Compare Mumbai its Lively round the clock its safe u can walk on road even late night u can party hard & work hard & enjy ur self. Its really a pleasure to be in Mumbai even during my short trip i make a point to enjy the city life of Mumbai which is amazing u can enjoy striptease joint in NY or London but what u enjy in Dance Bar is Amazing "very Sad it go close down" Ur ride in Cab (Fiat) or Auto is fun rather then using Camary or Ford as a CAB very Seat Belt. U can stop on free way to Smoke or hve tea but u can do same in Mumbai. IT GREAT PLACE ON WHOLE EARTH"

THe hard fact is Delhi is the rape capital of india. it cannot be a commercial capital. Crime has to be low for delhi to be mumbai. CRude punjabis and sick headed politicians sons have made delhi the worst city to live in
There is full possibly that Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida (NCR) will overtake Mumbai in near future if Munbai public still support politicians like Raj Thackeray. All MNC which have presence in Mumbai or Banglore have office either in Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida(NCR). Even Noida has Film City which has turnover of over Rs. 28 crore per annum which is owned by the famous Films, Theater and TV personalities, for the shooting of their film and serials.

very true,mumbai is a cosmopolitan city.i have been living in new york and toronto.but the nergy of mumbai cannot be compared any where in the world.but yes people should stop supporting people like raj thackrey and uddhav..thats pushing the city back and no company will be reluctant to open up their office in mumbai if u threatend them.its even not good for maharashtrians,if there is no body to invest in caity..wake up mumbaikars stop supporting these anti social elements.
Inspite of the fact that I' am a Delhite, I have no shame in admitting that if ever I have to take a medicine, I would not go for a brand which is Made in Delhi, but would definitely would go for Made in Mumbai or Ahmedabad. It shows that the level of values in Mumbai is still far more than in Delhi and this also shows up in tax collections etc.
The best things about Mumbai no mater how many fights take place, Bombs explode, the thing that makes MUMBAI DIFFERENT among other cities is that NEVER SAY DIE SPIRIT.
You will always find People helping anyone & evryone during Internal Clashes we have seen unity among Hindus & Muslims as well.
Duirng Heavy Moonsoon everyone was helping the needy.
People can atleast walk on the Streets safely even during late hours, i am not saying crimes dont happen but there are some crooks in every state but atleast compared to delhi the women will feel more secured & safe.
You have good people as well as bad people all over , no city in the world is safe but its the place where you feel secured , safe & happy is the Place where you should live & not where you have BIG CORPORATES OR ANY OTHER BIG NAMES.
I am not saying other cities are not safe but Mumbai is safe & you find People now living togther as MUMBAITES.
