In terms of power supply, delhi (& NCR) could not be compared to mumbai at any cost as mumbai really does provide it 24 hrs. Majority of changes in delhi are occuring due to NCR & the decisive games to be held in 2010.
People commenting on situation of mumbai during monsoon, tell me 1 thing- What was the budget granted to get the Yamuna filtered by 2009 and what is the current scenario? The condition is so worsened there tht you will have to shut your nose so as to cross the river. If that much amount was spent on Mumbai, it would have been a lot better. I am currently at NCR but my childhood spent in the glossy streets of mumbai. Still i remember its environment & cooperative people.Mumbai used to look more cool during rainy season. Rain used to have no effect on lifestyle and normal routine was carried out. Yes, you are really secured there. Delhi is spacious, broad roads, parks, blah blah but work culture really sucks. The new generation gifted by an IT job even feel ashamed when talking to a poor or a low class people. People have no spirit.
