Entrepreneurship is about taking risk. Entrepreneurship is often associated with true uncertainty, particularly when it involves bringing something really novel to the world, whose market never exists.
The behavior of the entrepreneur reflects a kind of person willing to put his or her career and financial security on the line and take risks in the name of an idea, spending much time as well as capital on an uncertain venture.
If Tikku Mukerjee can sell vegetables in London street and become one of the sought after shipping magnate in the world,I am sure this Mr Kaushalendra can do it as well all he needs is hard work and dedication. Tikku borrowd 5 from a friend in the 60s,bought cauliflower from the market and sold on Southall's Street in west London he went on to open a vegetable stall after about 6 months then a veritable shop. In the process he made few friends who were in other fussinesses one of them in shipping. Tikku visited the shipping exchange in London just as a day out when he overheard some one looking for a ship to transport his wares. Tikku offerd to ship them for this person, with no ship of his own he turned to this friend in shipping hired a ship and exported the goods of the merchant and he has never looked back since. According to reports in the media he never returned his friends 5 but pays interest on it saying that the 5 he borrowed were lucky for him. He must have paid at least 1000 time the actual value of 5 in interest. Go on Mr Kaushalendra, there is nothing to loose just gain. put your mind and soul in it and you will fulfill your dream. Don't let others discourage you. It will take time but you will reach there, once you have picked the wheel and rolled it all it needs is a little pus to keep rolling. Lifting is hard work I am sure you will succeed well . GO AHEAD AND DON'T LOOK BACK
He cant win politicians at any cost.Already IIT, IIMs quality has considerably reduced For doing Idli sales and vegetable revolution no need of wasting few years in such institutes If u have creativity and confidence U can do any thing. Doing a degree in bussiness gives one a upper hand and a cutting edge over the non holders. Degree holders do have their advantage compared to non holders. Degree holders know the process in advance where as non holders have to learn as they go which can be fatel at times. Non degree holder do not have an advance vision.
1- He wastes IIM degree 2- He has already secured 50 lacs collateral free loan and running this publicity campaign highlighting his IIM degree 3- He has done nothing but just made vendors little hitech 4- He is targetting the innconent farmers

This guy did not waste IIM seat... in fact he graduated with prestigious MBA in true sense.
This is what IIMs should encourage: ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
Every successful entrepreneur brings about benefits not only for himself/herself but for the municipality, region or country as a whole.
The combination of historical factors including the caste system, British occupation, cultural values, and government regulations- have limited innovative entrepreneurship in India.
India Inc is still keen only on services (being coolie).
Hats off to Kaushalendra for thinking out of the box.

There is no cheap publicity it is costing him 50lakh. He has advantage over others ask a non degree holder and non visionary to try secure a loan of 50lakh. Perhaps you could try to do so,I bet you will not get a anna in loan from any one. Mr Kaushalendra must have a very good buissness plan that the loan provider has agreed to back him up. As for innocent farmers, that is there problem if they can't see it coming. Farmers grow and V buys the product and sell and why not.

I think you are not aware of what is happening in Bihar because you are not a Bihari. Bihar is witnessing development of Bihari sub-nationalism, which was never there in Biharis. Biharis had just nationalism. But now they are beginning to awaken. Bihar has witnessed caste wars in last many decades to kill the roots of feudalism in the society. Now Biharis, specially the youngsters, have begin to understand the socio-political condition prevailing in India and the importance of sub-nationalism. The driving force behind people like Kaushalendra is this sub-nationalism and not any free loans. There are thousands and lakhs of Kaushalendra, looking to take part in the economic and social reconstruction of Bihar and make it as used to be in the past.
The lifeline is vegetable. Two major profit making institutions are 1}Vegetable Vendors and 2} Barbors. Farm to buyer is the signboard at Reliance Stores. But at the Horticulture vegetable shop the prices are less by 30%.
