Yes, cut for all coolies. Specially this idiot who has nothing to do except wasting time sending such stupid messages. This cut has impacted thousands of people and their families. It's not a joke. So, Mr. Racer, imagine if this happened to you?

Cut Salary of Top Management
by Khan on Jan 31, 2008 05:39 PM  Permalink

Salary cut if any should be from the Salary of the Top Notches.
Why they want to be the richest person/Indian in the world at the cost of their employees' salaries?

Salt on wound
by Dharma Rao on Jan 31, 2008 05:39 PM  Permalink

TCS is already having a dubious distinction of paying poor salary. Now with salary cuts, IT people will have to adjust with pickle rice, bread and cornflakes at onsite also. And in India we may not be able to afford cars/bikes, shopping malls, multiplexes etc. We have to depend on RTC buses, kirana stores, rythu bazaars etc. Better to quit company

Here's another one from this idiot! Stop this and start doing something constructive and maybe earn even half of what the coolies are doing for the country. Your family and the nation will be proud of you.

What cut TCS can make?
by Kamal on Jan 31, 2008 05:36 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Already, TCS Employees are poorly paid when compared to equal peers. Further cut will affect the morale of the employees. Definitely, quality of TCS products will come down. Instead, they can make 6 day week and execute more orders.

not worth
by sunil patil on Jan 31, 2008 05:36 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Even what IT people getting paid today itself is not worth, 50% of people paid for doing nothing! So, this is not big deal! Rather cut the jobs, allow them to do some value addition in other sector if really talented!

Not a Good Decision
by vinod chavan on Jan 31, 2008 05:34 PM  Permalink

US Subprime market & Rupee increase is good sign overall, we as a indian should start charging them in rupees instead of dollar there should be kind of indicator (so called 'stop lock').. so IT companies does not have to take from employees.
