Mr. Tivedi in that way looks more a fraud man .when he has done nothing and when he has jsut spent 6 days in the field how can he claim credits for all that? Is this the true picture of IITs and IIMs of todays....Are they producing only junk foods like him....
I am also not excited over the report as produced int he paper.the writer must look for truth.Neeraj trivedi is an alumnus of IIT and IIM .True.But he has done nothing in Pratham. Is is this because he is from premier institute he should be given all credits for he has not done.
I am apalled to read about Mr. Neeraj Trivedi. He is an IIT and IIM graduate. But certainly he is not right when he says that he enjoys working in Sitamarhi. He has spent only 6 days in sitamarhi. He spends most of his time on preparing reports and internet surfing, doing chatting all the time.
In sitamarhi, credit should go to IRMA chaps Manoj and Sushil who took up theresponsibility of starting the child labour programme in the areas.
I hardly get excited with the likes of Neeraj Trivedi who is thriving in making names on others' efforts. He says that he is happy working in Sitamarhi.Has the Business Standard asked him how many days he has spent in Sitamarhi over last one years.Sitting all the time in Marwari Guest House (@Rs 5-600/- per day for staying) in Patna he just prepares plans and reports for the programmes .What Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh,an IRMA graduate did in the last two years in the field of child labour in Sitamarhi with the help of Mr.Sushil Kumar Singh,a Patna University grads Mr.Trivedi is just encashing them.Mr.Manoj Singh conceptualised and started the Gyanshala Programme for rescued child labours with full support from Dr.Rukmini Banerji and Mrs. Farida Lambay .He also started off classes for children working along brick kiln sites in Patna. The whole credit should go to unsung heroes like Mr. Manoj Singh and Sushil Singh and not to Mr. Trivedi who has just spent a week in Sitamarhi (and that too only in Dumra) and does data management by sitting in rooms.
Can the Business Standard ask Mr. Trivedi why the child labour team of Pratham Bihar is disintegrating after Manoj quit the Bihar Unit? Why is he not able to keep the motivation of the team high? Why does he not venture in the fields (Sonbarsa,Parihar,Pupri,Bishanpur,Gopalpur) etc.? Is it not true that he is just doing pschophancy of Mrs. Banerji and doing only paper works.
