1. India`s 70% people are not connected to the systems and policies of the country. Even in waiving agriculture loans mainly rich people have banefited. 2. No proper step to control the population. Governments are least bothered about population explotion as they dont have any problem in their exchequer as rural population is not in the mainstream. 3. Governments are much interested in importing lot of items by paying higher prices but not willing to give that money to the farmers and motivate them to increase their cultivation. 4. Markets are in the hands of some people who have the control over it and they can decide anything for their own benefit. 5. There is no control over pricing of a commodity. Eg. A product which has a manufacturing cost of 5 rupees is allowed to be priced to Rs. 100 or more.
Who said UPA is to blamed...PM Manmohan is our King nd we r his subjects....How can we blame our ruler for his bad policies...Under the duress of IMF he removed all the farm subsidy but he was not responsible for blue murder of farm sector...Fertilizers which were once highly subsidized r now being imported frm abroad...Poor farmers have to either commit suside for voting such a person to power or live at the mercy of money lenders...Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar is infact cricket minister...He is too busy to attend IPL drama nd glittering dances by hot blonde...But its wrong to blame him for the messy affair in the farm sector...After all he is also normal human being nd who doesnt enjoy chics nd entertainment...
There is clear cartelization of all the vendors who support BJP. Just wonder why did the prices rise overnight after Congress gave the salary rise to Govt.employees. This is just political gimmick of this politicians. In the end it is nothing but we people who suffer.

Dear , I am not talking on matter of 10 rs.. I am talking on Wholesale Vendors who make crores. You & me might get affected by this difference but for them it is matter of POWER which gives the opposition an issue to divert people from other good things happening around us.
Yes 100% it is the policies of UPA govt and chidambaram Finance minister has to be blamed. Always in the history of congress rule price rise and Inflation is the highest. I appreciate NDA govt price rise was very well controlled and avcerage inflation rate was 3.4%. Now UPA knows that they will not form the govt next election. they never bothered the welfare of the common man. By hook or crook by implimenting 27% obc reservation and playing minority dirty politics they wanted to come back to power. I am sure that next time congress seats will dropped down to two digit figure
This inflation is happening everywhere and it is global. But there is a big support to it from UPA govt also. UPA govt did not act when they had time to control the effects of the inflation. See how they handled the wheat crisis. They allowed exports and then imported lower quality wheat at a higher price. UPA wants to create scarcity everywhere. They give subsidy to people who do not deserve it (Like subsidy to cooking gas, diesel for luxury cars etc etc).
UPA is to blame for everything that is wrong with the country. Inflation, caste politics, minority appeasing, lack of justice to hindus, lack of incentives to hindus, spineless behavior while dealing with Bangladeshis and Pakistanis, spineless behavior while dealing with Naxals and Maoists, responsible for sikh riots way back, .. oh the list goes on.
All political parties (ruling & opposition) are playing a high drama about inflation. They are really not bothered about the people. They can not do anything that will affect the rich business men because they need their monetary contribution for fighting the elections.
People should learn their lessons and caste their votes judiciously without being influensed by caste, money, language, regional and religous bias so that really honest and sincere leaders will emerge to adminster the nation.

Vinay, every one does not have a currency printing press. so i do not agree with you that every one is responsible for increased liquidity/inflation.
i do not think its the govt that we need to blame. Its more a global economy recession thats the reason for this inflation. The prcies of all the goods of necessity have gone up in the world.
