Qualified PM is No Use of.
by rkjack on Apr 11, 2008 07:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The number of degrees obtained by Dr. MM Singh is no use of as Dr. PM is driven by the diploma holder power house. Dr. PM should look back into his qualification. It seems that he is there in the chair for the power of being Prime Minister. If he has any moral grounds on his qualification on Economics, he should have resigned so far, who has made the Economics of the country worst.

Fully Agree. When he was RBI governor He had set up Indira Gandhi Institute for development research,Mumbai in 1990 and I had joined that institute leaving my option to join Indian Institute of Science Bangalore thinking that this institute will contribute a lot towards growth of Indian economy through its reserach and I will get true satisafction of being an economic professional. Today I review and see I wrongly followed Manmohan Singh and I regret.

Price Hike
by Sanat Modi on Apr 11, 2008 06:59 PM  Permalink

I always believed that UPA govt functions as a satta bazaar. Whoever following the prices whethere dollar rate, commodity parices, gold, or anything else, in UPA govt, prices are fluctuating like anything. For example, in BJP govt, Rupee was steadily appreciating, but in UPA govt, people don't know whether it would appreciate or depreciate. In UPA govt, all prices are more volatile.

Govt couldn't have done much... It's international problem
by New Blogger on Apr 11, 2008 06:41 PM  Permalink

This crisis is more due to global rise in prices and couldn't be tamed so easily. Banning the export etc will only act as a temporary measure. The kind of growth that we have seen in last 5-6 years will certainly lead to this situation. People who are blasting the government should realize that they gained because of the growth over a period of last few years. And to be frank that growth was not due to govt but again due to global conditions.

In this globalized world we need to come out with some innovative strategies to calm down the prices. Oil prices are at an all time high. The government will need to bring down the growth rate to tackle inflation. Further govt need to look at supply side conditions in agriculture and come out with ways to improve them. This is a long term strategy and is needed to feed the population. Agriculture sector can certainly grow at a faster rate if supported properly by the govt.

Harkishan Haswani is Pure Chamcha
by Hiten Patel on Apr 11, 2008 06:29 PM  Permalink

Reading all replies of Harkishan Haswani it is evident that he is stainless steel chamcha of congress party, making all possible effort in his strength to prove that congress has not done any fault and asking all of us to join politics and not blame. Well my sindhi friend we are doing our jobs properly and taking responsibilities in our capacity and fulfilling it, if we make any mistake we are facing its consequences, no body does charity to us by being politician or running country. Congress is a big failure by not being able to tackle left parties and it has to face its consequence by losing this election. It came on basis of Aaam admi agenda. Aaam admi is very smart, silent majority of this country, he understands everything, so if anything good is done it will be rewarded and bad will be punished in election time. Sonia Gandhi, MMS and PC are biggest losers.

RE:New idea of Congress is to increase price and distribute rice for Rs. 2 in Andhra likes its own states. FCI godowns are free today and collecting grains in private godowns and moving to Andhra. Another election agenda!!

RE:Govt speaks as George Bush. MMS and FM were befooling us for last 4 years in the name of development. He make us understand that inflation as growth rate (10%). FM said the Left is anti-development. Govt. speaks as goons.
