Already we r suffering the ill-effects of cast based reservation.Now its region based reservation..how long does this reservation thing has to go..n y these politicians play this ugly card..!!Ofcourse...to get votes.n they can go to ne extent for votes...!! I am not from mumbai or UP or Bihar.... but had been in mumbai for 4 yrs...as student..n really loved that place. n according to me the most civilized n tolerant people r (literate) people of maharashtra. But that in no way implies that there shld b reservation in pvt sector for them in mumbai. Why should there b ne reservation newhere based on region, religion n casts or languages...? Its already time that existing reservations b pulled off...n no need for new ones newhere in india. Economically backward people r the ones to have reservation.

I am Marathi but I do not require any reservation for myself.If there is increased competition from Northies; I will gear up and hone my own skills to improve and face the challenge. our own legacy and heritage is enough for us to accept the challenge. We are not mentally or physically weaker than the Northies.
In fact I reject reservation for anybody belonging to any category.

Hi... i am also a marathi. but i think in there is a decrimination while hiring the employees. if you see in railway do marathi people or any other people other than up/biharies are able by ability/education?..then too we see most of the people in railway... are not marathi...why? we marathi people are more eligible and educated then too there are less oportunities offered to us.... it makes huge difference for the next generation. as for less packaged job for this generation will not be able to give the well higher education to their next generation.... then who will be resposible for that?
just think wide with broad mind by considering the future.. have a nice time.

koi tho samjha ki kya hona chahiyea,it,s competition,boss market want talent,not any cast,religion.
1. Films produced in Mumbai are watched by whole India and producers earn from across the country 2. The Actors do not earn because they live in Mumbai but because they are liked people across the country and they pay hefty price to watch their films. 3. Salaries for Private sector companies employees are not paid from what Maharashtrians consumer but what the whole nation consumes. Therefore the corporate tax paid by Mumbai belongs to whole nation and not just Mumbai or Maharashtra Solution Every Private Sector company shall be asked to spell out what is each States contribution to their Sales and give each state its share in the company. As nobody else is asking for quota Maharashtra with the logic will get on an average 8%-10% quota and shall be happy with that.

1. First Feature Film was produced- directed by Dadasaheb Phalke, thats way Film industry is here. That doesn't have any relation to the reservation. 2. Nobody forced them to stay in mumbai, they are not doing anything great for society. 3. Nobody forces the companies to sell their products nationwide and pay salaries in Mumbai, that's their own policy and doesn't have any relation to the reservations. Companies can't open offices in each state to share the revenues.
Nobody asks quota for localites except maharashtrians, because officers in private and government sectors give preferences to their own people and marathis are discriminated everywhere.

Before the invasion of british we were divided into smaller states and it was easy for them to conqure us. Soon we will be divided into smaller state once again and likes of laloos, karunanidhis, mayawatis, Thakreys....etc. will become the lord of these state. Soon they will ban the use of products made in other states or impose a levy on it. They may stop flow of rivers from one state to another or that of raw materials or that of electricity.End result would be... after 75 years of independence we will become slaves of ...may be China for a change. my dear friend, everyone who r taking laws in their hand should be condemned & should be strictly punished............but, actually this is not happening, due to our great politicians & their dirty politics...........but ultimately we the common citizen are responsible for this siuation, coz its we who give our votes to these politicians...........& those are more responsible who dont cast their vote........& said they r responsible citizen.........our country needs a revolution, in which every one has to be stand against these dirty politics.........till then we hv to suffer..........
