It is known thing that the people who run PGs usually donot return the security money and ususally, the ocupants give up. this man run a PG for women in GK1. When I left this PG a few days back, he started fooling me whern it came to returning the money, After a lot of drammas and persuations, he gave me a psot dated check which has bounced due to insufficient funds. Can anyone suggest, how to recover my money? Shall I go to the court or to the police? any suggestions.

Friends never take any loan from ICICI Bank. They are the biggest enemy of mankind. There are many instances and incidents that shows inhuman behaviour of bank. If you need loan walk in through the nattionalised bank and read terms and conditions well. Think 1000 times before you take loan, dont come in words of tecallers.
Dear Friends my sincere request is to don't go for the personnel loan in ICICI bank as the interest is very high ranging between 40% - 50% where i have not heard in any other banks. I had taken the loan of Rs. 20000. For this i was supposed to pay of Rs. 48000 for 3 years.
One of my clients has been facing repeated harassssment at the hands of a recovery agent, in spite of making payments. Also, the rate of interest that ICICI Bank charges is the highest ever, i.e. 45.09%, while other banks charge a maximum of 23 - 24% per annum. ICICI Bank should be taken to task. Through Rediff, can we please have the number of whom to report these malpractices to, so that further such incidents can be avoided.
Inspite of earning above 50K per month as salary. I end up nothing in my pocket today.
Only becasue of this ICICI loans and credit card. Which we never wanted. They hide lot of internal charges( late payment fines, internal service charges) , with help of telemarketing voices.
Once you become their customer, then you are finished. I never realized where my money has gone. After looking back now I left with nothing but another loan to clear on EMI basis for next 2 yrs.
Guys, please learn from my example, Please spend the money only when you have it. Don't take any personal loan from any bank or don't use any credit card from any bank to buy something which you never needed.

Hi Friends, ICICI two-wheeler loan recovery agents are the biggest blood suckers than anyone. It happened to me when un intentionally my cheque got bounced as I missed the payment due to my marriage occasion. After I got to know that the payment was not cleared I asked the agent to collect the money, but they asked me to come to the office and pay the amount as I went their It so happened that on pretex of checking my key number they wantedly seized the vehicle even though I was their for payment. I request many of them at ICICI bank opp public gardens, Hyderabad for relaese of my vehicle,but it was in vein they did not release the vehicle and told me to pay full payment and tacke the vehicle or else loose the vehicle. If I have money to pay full why I will go for vehicle finance? and I lost the vehicle even though I payed upto 15k in installment. "THEY(ICICI)SUCKED MY BLOOD, MY HARD EARNED MONEY" I am very happy today with the decision against them and also fined.I wish they loose their market gain also.
Please do not buy any item from Rediff shopping. They are the biggest fraud compared to loan companies

Very much true. Rediff shopping fails to keep service levels like shipping in 7 days to 10 days. I ordered 4 toys on 19th Oct and till date, I have not received one of the toys. I received 3 other toys after 12 days out of which 2 toys are not working properly. The worst part is, they are not reachable by emails and they don't have a customer service phone number. (The phone number is for ordering goods and not for post payment services). They always refer to the help site and it is of no help since they do not respond at all. Please do not buy any item from Rediff shopping.

its very stange for me to find Advt of Indiatimes shopping JUST BESIDE A COMPLAINT OF REDIFF SHOPPING. ACCORDING TO MY FRIEND COWORKER, BOTH OF THIS SITES ARE HOPE-LESS. NONE OF THESE 2 SITE SATISFIES THE SHOPPER`S EXPIERENCE... I THINK PHYSICAL SHOPPING IS FAR BETTER IN TODAYS INDIA. India is still not matured in Online Shopping. except these... Indian railways, ebay.in(the paisa pay system) and all airlines...
