One of my clients has been facing repeated harassssment at the hands of a recovery agent, in spite of making payments. Also, the rate of interest that ICICI Bank charges is the highest ever, i.e. 45.09%, while other banks charge a maximum of 23 - 24% per annum. ICICI Bank should be taken to task. Through Rediff, can we please have the number of whom to report these malpractices to, so that further such incidents can be avoided.
