Kudos..!!! and of course MNC's and ITES can definately now stop investing in India and look at China, Russia, Philipines and Mexico. reason being...here there is no reservations and no quotos, therefore you can hire anyone you want only and only on his/her merit and qualifications.
Dude people do have other choices. If you like to kick out the people who are investors they will go to other places buddy.
It will only lead to discrimination against the poor SC/ST/OBC person. Their qualification will now be considered dubious even if they did well. I know through first hand experience that most managers secretly try to know the caste of an IIT or IIM graduate but most recruiters refuse to give them that information as asking that kind of question can put them in trouble if the person is not hired. Now these companies will simply not short least at the resume stage itself except for low end jobs to meet a "quota" .
even sc/st/obc owned company will not allow candidates without proper talent, skill and merit
it is a great joke.the sc/st/obc owned company will not allow candidates without skill, merit and talent.govt sectors can have the vested interest to provide unnecessary subsidies to recruit sc/st/obc candidates who are mostly not at per with the general category candidates as the govts are run by political parties who need votes. private companies cannot tolerate loss by recruiting less meritorious candidates from any community, where the extra money for recruitment will come from, from the sky?market economy allows only eligible people from any community.so when there is no division and discrimination in selection process then why such type of typical ideas are being executed.some says if sc/st/obc enters into private sector they will allow their people of their own communities to participate,it is also a false dream.private offices are not like govt offices where you can easily push undeserving candidate without exploitation.even a forward caste will not allow a undeserving forward caste candidate.after all the concentration should be in education system to make the sc/st/obc communities skillful and meritorious at per with the non reserved category students, then the problem will be easily uprooted.if we want to strengthen our country then at first we should create the atmosphere of skill, merit and competition.when the govt sectors allowed second graded jobholders from that time
Reservation in private sector is essential.. to overcome the last refuge of upper caste dominance.. for thousands of years they used caste system for their benrfit.. the tide is turning now..reservation is just 20 years old and it will go on unless and untill the upper castes are forced to shed their castiest and discriminatory behaviour... once it happens... reservation will also die its natural death... untill then.. FACE THE TRUTH and be ready for MORE

problem will be for lower castes zed, because if the companies leave india and create manufacturing hub in other countries and recruit people from india there will be a large nos of upper caste people as they come through merit in most of the cases,if you say upper caste discriminates u in the educational and work fields why most of the nris and foreign goers are upper caste and they are greeted by the americans and europeans?it will be a great joke if you say that sc/st/obc are discriminated even by the foreigners.along with this i also want to remind you that modern educational system is not so old ,it just came in the british rule .so what is told that upper caste enjoyed education system for thousand years,it is true, but in case of modern education they did not enjoy it for long.so what you said that reservation is 20 years old only,it is enough to the context of the fact as modern education and jobs are only 200 yrs old and reservation remained for sixty years(nearly one third of 200yrs).is not it enough?and i also want to remind you that a very small percentage among the upper castes(2%only)enjoyed higher education and jobs before independence,as there were no plenty of higher educational institutions and modern industries like now,and most of those people who got education and jobs at that time contributed a lot in indian freedom movement and social reformation, and they took the leading role to fight the british to free india where you now seek reservation on the basis

Private sector likes to hire good talent and is willing to even hire martians if they have the talent. First develop good communication skills , knowledge of the job and conceptual skills before you talk of discrimination. Private sector only discriminates against stupid people.

Very very back time, people created cast system for betterment of society but it created very big gap between the upper cast and lower cast people, and because of this India is still underdeveloped,I think naukri.com want India not to became the developed country ,shame on it.
It's great work... Kudos to Naukri.com... at least there is someone to start the first step towards challenging the dominance of upper castes in private sector... But it's just the first step.. more steps needs to be taken for fair allocation of country's scarce resources

If the eductaion system is not perfect... then the loss because of this imperfection should be shared by all... and not only by OBCs and SC/ST people.. the companies are making profit by acquiring (By all means) the resources of this country and everyone has equal rights on resources.. they must pay back
