Reservation in private sector is essential.. to overcome the last refuge of upper caste dominance.. for thousands of years they used caste system for their benrfit.. the tide is turning now..reservation is just 20 years old and it will go on unless and untill the upper castes are forced to shed their castiest and discriminatory behaviour... once it happens... reservation will also die its natural death... untill then..
