Honesty and integrity...rubbish...murthy and nadar are first class boot lickers of the americans...bloody stooges... Ambani was a great visionary who propelled India into the global markets. Relience today is India's flagship in the ocean of global business. Infy and HCL are just a little drop in this ocean.
So what say is right Mr.RajneeshChandraMohan Jain, neither murthy nor nadar deserve to be counted amongst the all time greats like DHIRUBHAI AMBANI
Even before anyone knew of Narayanamurthy, Shiv Nadar was on the covers of Business Magazines. Pioneer in his business but due to delayed entry into software, he and his company lack the media attention.

No brother now there main growth is in software last year 5 of the 6th largest projects outsourced to india were bagged by HCL and they have been delivering wonderful results for the past 2 to 3 yrs, if they were to buy out cambridge as is rumored they would become the 4th largest IT company in india beating satyam
THe point is that they were right people at right time and possibly at a time when computers were much less understood.If you want to judge a company you should check two things- one new products and capacity foe new development secondly what would happen to it furthur two dacades down the line. HCL might be a good company but does it stand this test/ No software co can say that it does except perhaps IBM or Microsoft!
shiv nadar & HCL are definitely achievers, but cud some1 enlighten me as to whether HCL employees are really sent on overseas life scinces projects on choppers ? i think the marketing & advertising team of HCL needs some sense of direction as to how to project their organization. it cud probably begin with giving their ad briefs to a different firm.

Yes boss, I agree with you. Also the fact that HCL does not provide cab service to it's resources going overseas on life scinces projects.:-)) Poor guys have to hitch hike to reach the chopper. And that too a chopper...well, I guess, for HCL overseas means some SAARC country HEHEHEHEHEHEHE

people with limited brains do not get the real point of the advert, it is about dreaming big helping people and making things happen dont take the advert at face value

i guess u r under the misconception that u hv brains. let me correct u son. am an adman & u neednt tell me anything bout an attractive ad. the HCL one sucks big time. u may dream big, but not like the way it is being projected. yr ad needs to eye catchy not one giving exaggerations under the pretext of dreaming big. sikka, u need to grow up, nigga, before blogging.

lol i am sure the adroit adman that you are you must have been the brains behind the amul macho ad, the ad is decent enough, but i guess people like you try to nit pick about everything cant be helped jealousy runs rampant in cheap small ad companies like yours, well to each one his own, i will grow up soon uncle :)
Shiv Nadar is the most brightest of all the IT poineers in India. HCL is a great company to work with and learn a lot. For lesser folks, there are the Infy and the like !!
