Congress is one such party that has boasted itself of being a secular party! Till date of my 25 years of existence I have never seen an instance of congress being secular. I believe by all means they are the party with most Communal & Criminal ideologies. They are only carrying forward their legacy!
Our shameless politicians are just trying to make sure that there is no difference between private and public sector. Both sectors should be full of incompetitive people.

as far private sector IT goes the number of opportunities far far exceeds the number of eligible candidates for those opportunities.. so presence/absence of reservation makes no difference since very few people actually get jobs and headcounts are never filled..

Its was a big mistake to give congress the power.India was really shining under BJP.Definately better than what it is today.
IT and KPO industry is already trying to have foothold in china. They will try to quicken the process and move the industry to china where no such nonsense is present.
This stupid government, other political parties and people supporting reservation have to understand that RESERVATION KILLS COMPETITION AND THERE IS NO GROWTH WITHOUT COMPETITION
I think the UPA is doing just the right thing.. pumping the hatred real hard in our hearts, adn just the right time. Take this as an opportunity to make sure that we all go to vote next time, and crush this PM, this Her Majesty, and the complete Congress and Left.. let's deciminate them from the Indian election scene for ever. They are just useless, and this PM leads them all. May some one ask them what afirmative actoin have they taken since 1947... its zip, a zero, shunya ! Hell with them. I havent seen this misuse of power in my life ! Shameless creatures
ITs fact that, Manmohan has problem with everything but italian facist. He has problem with salaries of CEO's, but don't have problem wth Afzal or tainted Pratibha or sorrupeted Lalu.
He os doing all this no for common man but just to secure his party in next election.

Already industries like Auto,IT which play a majore role in our economy are facing shortage of skilled workers. If Govt wants to introduce reservation in the private companies thinking that it will uplift SC/ST/OBC then it is making a mistake by downsizing our economy and there by increasing economic slodown ,shutdowns,etc. Reservations upto schools/colleges is acceptable. Enabling them in jobs that too in private frims is not correct. Govt offices can have reservations for employess as there is no concept called competetion. X,Y,B any one has to do the job and whether it is done faster/cheaper/steadier no one cares or the govt does not bothers. But in Private firms they have to have a competetive environment. Competetions should be among best brains and not based on castes.
