Already industries like Auto,IT which play a majore role in our economy are facing shortage of skilled workers. If Govt wants to introduce reservation in the private companies thinking that it will uplift SC/ST/OBC then it is making a mistake by downsizing our economy and there by increasing economic slodown ,shutdowns,etc. Reservations upto schools/colleges is acceptable. Enabling them in jobs that too in private frims is not correct. Govt offices can have reservations for employess as there is no concept called competetion. X,Y,B any one has to do the job and whether it is done faster/cheaper/steadier no one cares or the govt does not bothers. But in Private firms they have to have a competetive environment. Competetions should be among best brains and not based on castes.
