Best employers of India
by rajagopal nambakam on Apr 17, 2007 08:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Mr. Subhagat Das feels that Govt is the best employer and follow the rules best. Naturally. Once employed, no one can terminate any permanent (may be even temporary) employee if they are sleeping in the office, cought red handed while accepting bribes, if they dont attend to work promptly or absent without prior notice, any number of times OR any of such SMALL MISTAKES. If any employee has to be terminated, the CMD has to go to the SBI Branch of Andaman & Nicobar, pay Challan of Rs.154.43 ps (nothing less or more) in cash only, at only 11.35 AM, on a 4th Monday only of any month, and take it personally to the President of India, for his approval, only at 10.46 AM on any 6th Saturday of any month, then take it personally to International Labour Organisation, within 24 hrs from the time the Challan was paid etc. etc. SO ALL THE GOVT OFFICES HAVE FOUND IT CHEAPER TO RETAIN THE MOST USELESS & MOST CORRUPT EMPLOYEE AND AS A RESULT, WE HAVE ONLY BUNCH OF SUCH PEOPLE. AND THATS WHY NO WORK GOES ON IN ANY GOVT DEPARTMENT WITHOUT INFLUENCE OR MONEY (BRIBE) THAT IS WHY WE SEE THAT HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT HAS TO INTERVENE AND ORDER THE GOVT TO TACKLE THE PROBLEM OF STRAY DOGS OR OVERFLOWING DRAINAGE MANHOLES OR NON-AVAILABILITY OF MEDICINES IN GOVT HOSPITALS OR NOT FILING FIRs WHEN A COMPLAINT IS LODGED IN POLICE STATIONS. THESE ARE SOME OF THE GREAT RESULTS OF VERY GOOD HR POLICIES IN GOVT OFFICES.

Mr rajagopal it seems u have been verymuch and frequenly affected in govt related work.

All govt dept should earn and sustain on their own resources.
Every dept shuld submit their performance report every month and it should be analysed and suggest for improvement and further actions, for increasing the efficiency

Best employers
by rajagopal nambakam on Apr 17, 2007 08:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am happy to note that Satyam is better than Infosys, Wipro etc. But surprised to note that Satyam is far ahead of even Tatas, Ambanis, JK, MRF (of course they cant be good with the persons they have & policies they frame) Hindustan Levers, ITC, TVS, ACC and the like. Anyway Corporate Sector in India is always one of the two. FIRST there is too much of Govt control & intervention to give good treatment to their employees OR SECOND there is no control at all that the employees are exploited to the maximum. So at any point in time, we can not expect good management, one way or the other.

Top Listed
by Kondraju on Apr 17, 2007 08:20 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

These are the best means others not bad, there should be some top guys in any study.Certainly some Donkeys also there similarly not every company (other than the list) good comapnies. Next year they may improve their policies and they can come under 20/21... Initially, INFOSYS, Cognizant etc are toppers now some companies has takne measures so.....Railways, BSNL, Armed forces etc are not producing good enough HR results..

by Sammer Bhagwat on Apr 17, 2007 08:19 PM  Permalink

It must be MBA guy behind producing concorted story, and list of 25 comapnies.
This is an example of manipulations MBA do at corporate level, that's why well sought in FRAUD companies.

What do MBA's do in companies.....
by Sammer Bhagwat on Apr 17, 2007 08:15 PM  Permalink

MBA's are simply useless people like our Politicians.
Engineers do the actual work not the MBA's.
Good compaines never hire MBA rather keep hiring them as Professional clerks for accounts, sales recording,..
Do you agree????
