Best employers of India
by rajagopal nambakam on Apr 17, 2007 08:37 PM

Mr. Subhagat Das feels that Govt is the best employer and follow the rules best. Naturally. Once employed, no one can terminate any permanent (may be even temporary) employee if they are sleeping in the office, cought red handed while accepting bribes, if they dont attend to work promptly or absent without prior notice, any number of times OR any of such SMALL MISTAKES. If any employee has to be terminated, the CMD has to go to the SBI Branch of Andaman & Nicobar, pay Challan of Rs.154.43 ps (nothing less or more) in cash only, at only 11.35 AM, on a 4th Monday only of any month, and take it personally to the President of India, for his approval, only at 10.46 AM on any 6th Saturday of any month, then take it personally to International Labour Organisation, within 24 hrs from the time the Challan was paid etc. etc. SO ALL THE GOVT OFFICES HAVE FOUND IT CHEAPER TO RETAIN THE MOST USELESS & MOST CORRUPT EMPLOYEE AND AS A RESULT, WE HAVE ONLY BUNCH OF SUCH PEOPLE. AND THATS WHY NO WORK GOES ON IN ANY GOVT DEPARTMENT WITHOUT INFLUENCE OR MONEY (BRIBE) THAT IS WHY WE SEE THAT HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT HAS TO INTERVENE AND ORDER THE GOVT TO TACKLE THE PROBLEM OF STRAY DOGS OR OVERFLOWING DRAINAGE MANHOLES OR NON-AVAILABILITY OF MEDICINES IN GOVT HOSPITALS OR NOT FILING FIRs WHEN A COMPLAINT IS LODGED IN POLICE STATIONS. THESE ARE SOME OF THE GREAT RESULTS OF VERY GOOD HR POLICIES IN GOVT OFFICES.
