No doubt nokia is the market leader in india , at the same they have to focus more on customerf service , replacement of parts etc . i had a very bad experience regarding the their service , it took months together for my hand sets to get repaired , they dnt even think of giving the standby hand set , what other competitors like LG doing .
No doubt Nokia will take us like a Storm(more likely TSUNAMI). SErvice centers behave rude Rough & hope a day will come these people will come around & understand the value of customers. Dull answers from God KNOWS from where to your heart felt queries is the in thing with NOKIA. Hope theie CEO' s vision take shape by fooling Indians, The diff of their attitude can be made out if you chose Nokia EUROPE instead of Asia-Pacific
I think Nokia should also look at improving service levels and policies. they have no real concern if the customer suffers and in the end after a prolonged battle keep writing to nokia and gets the same dull answer and then sells a one month old fone and buys a competitor product. My expereince with other fone companies has been excellent. future of nokia is not bright in india, just because till today it is most popular, rememeber there is no monopoly and other companies are offering better options.
