I think Nokia should also look at improving service levels and policies. they have no real concern if the customer suffers and in the end after a prolonged battle keep writing to nokia and gets the same dull answer and then sells a one month old fone and buys a competitor product. My expereince with other fone companies has been excellent. future of nokia is not bright in india, just because till today it is most popular, rememeber there is no monopoly and other companies are offering better options.
