Mr. Narayana Murthy has once again proven that he belongs to that select class of leadership which believes in walking their talk. The humility and the integrity he espouses is worth emulating.
Leaving the helm of a dynasty that one created from scratch is never too easy. I salute not just the foresight of this visionary but also the integrity of his character.
Mr Naryana Murthy is a very humble, prompt business execute making our country very proud. Probably the present generation people might expect him to be a politician and change our country for the good. I am sure if he becomes one he will change india, if he was in a very high capacity. He will change india what the present bunch of joker politicians could not do since the time of Indepedence.

He has done what he has to do. Narayan Murthy has brought a change through his efforts in his own field. Nobody needs to point fingers at what others are not doing. WE just need to completely concentrate on what we should be doing, for the country, soceity and the world.
Many people and organisation talk about this. Very very few follows.
All corporate top executives should read this and avoid giving extension to people above 60 and give oppurtunity to young people to take the lead. This will lead to more employment also.
Narayana Murthy's comments and statements are extremely down to earth for a common man to understand and are very practical and doable. His statements on globalization are real eye openers. Everything must change and so he plans to hand over the charge systematically at Infosys.
But he still has to do so much for the country. He should be special adviser on Development, giving a helping hand to the President and Prime Minister - and should be allowed to function with a free hand WITHOUT POLITICAL INTERFERENCE. People like Sreedharan of Metro fame, Kurien of Milk fame should all join this team of advisers. They all together can make India race ahead towards develoment.
Even a few lines from them spoken or written inspires us.

You have put a good point of including Narayan Murhy and such people as 'Special Adviser on Development'. After their active role, they would serve the country best in such roles. Great Idea my friend, should find a way to bring it to life.
I would venture to add one great omission. Staff who deliver. Keeping them satisfied and tied to their job and commitment is a must. The recent exodus of key personel rersulted with overstaffing and staff sitting on bench for lone time. Pl treat staff as participant and partners in performance. The recent HR policies of Great Five of Biggs needs revisit , relook and reinvesting
