I would venture to add one great omission. Staff who deliver. Keeping them satisfied and tied to their job and commitment is a must. The recent exodus of key personel rersulted with overstaffing and staff sitting on bench for lone time. Pl treat staff as participant and partners in performance. The recent HR policies of Great Five of Biggs needs revisit , relook and reinvesting
