This Investment Option seems to be very interesting.
But the only big question is whether and if Planning Commission does not give permission even after 5 years or so ? what is the fate of the Investors. Security and other legal/statutory issues to be looked into before
dipping into...should be a mandatory.

Let's risk. Ofcourse without minimal calculated risks there is no life.
I have decided to invest,no joke., believe me and wish me good luck.

Excellent Investment opportunity!!..In such a volatile Indian equity market I think one should should discover new investment avenues available. With even Mutual funds not performing (inspite of having fund managers with big names in business)the safest option is to take our own decisions rather than depending upon anyone else. I think land being a tangible asset should be the best bet. Since land prices in India has already sky rocketted I think we should look into avenues in European countries where still the prices are within reach. Hats off to UK Land Investments Group for introducing the concept in India. Thank you

A. Please note that its only the initial investment that is 10 lakh. Its not the total cost of the property which could start from 1 crore upwards.
B. Building on it will cost additionally.
C. Without a building you cant even rent it out for income which could very well do in India.
D. With RBI caps in place, it will take you ten full years at least to completely become owner of the property, which means you only are in qualified ownership during that period.
E. Personal view, the outfit pitching this seems a bit shady - if they can suggest buying land in another country for investment purposes without ever using it - thats pretty much squatting.
F. Most importantly, why does this entire article seem to be a SALES PITCH?

i have lived in london for 3 yrs and i knw all the site mention are as good as village around london. its hard to find living near this house (if u can build one once u manage to get planning permission after 5 yrs). i think its better to invest 10 lakhs in india after around 6.5 yrs money can double in post office. instead of u having land still waiting for permsion to build a house that too in foreign countary...
