Excellent Investment opportunity!!..In such a volatile Indian equity market I think one should should discover new investment avenues available. With even Mutual funds not performing (inspite of having fund managers with big names in business)the safest option is to take our own decisions rather than depending upon anyone else. I think land being a tangible asset should be the best bet. Since land prices in India has already sky rocketted I think we should look into avenues in European countries where still the prices are within reach.
