What is you getting ?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
There are many contraversies regarding pay commission & payments to central Govt employees.
You Please think youself what a pity figure a engineer/ scientist/ Doctor/PG is getting after 20 yrs of cream period of his service ........... 25-30thousand p.m.
In other sectors a personnel of similar qualification normally gets...

Private...............60,000-150,000p.m.
Public................50-80 Thousands
Airlines 80-150 "
Consultacies 80-140 "
Pvt Coaching 80-150 "
Pvt Business 100-250 "
Politics No limit

In other words U my say that today semi-skilled labourer is much better than average govt employees.
I will request to pay commission to remove the disparity in emoluments in govt,autonomus and private sectors so that they can run their family with at par status. Also suitable measures should be taken to improve the workin-environment so that they may give maximum output they can.

Different in pay for the same post

Sir/Madam,
I am working in the ministry of commerce and industry as a scientist. We get only rs 6500/- as basic pay. But the people working in the ICAR research station with the same qualification and same post getting the basic pay of 8000/- per month. This should be avoided in the forthcoming pay commission.

This is clear to us that there are some disparities in the scale of pay of the Section Officer/P.A (Level 'B'), as we are getting the scale of pay of Rs. 6500/- and other cases this scale is Rs. 8,000/- in the same cadre of the Central Government Organization/Institution.

What is this?

Creation of Post regarding Computer.

Now a days computer is essential for every department for generating different types of Reports, Estimate as well as to make a paper less office. But I am very sorry to say that there is not any post regarding computer. Many efficent Gr. C & D staffs are working in this post without any financial benifits as these posts are only for PRS. Some time it was observed that some Work Charge Post are created departmentally for some days, but these posts are also abolish with the closing of estimate. Hence, I on behalf of these deprived employees cordially requested to look after this matter becuase this can be a burning problem in future.

Time Scale for all

Sir,
I am working in DVC an autonomous body following Govt. of India Rules regarding pay scale. I am working for the last 33 years and have got only one promotion, now working as PA.After the 5th pay commission I got only 3 years increment and now stagnant. Our job criteria is same as the PS. There is no carrier prograssion in our organization except for Officers/Engineers.
My suggestion is that scale may be framed as time scale from Entry level assistant i.e. Jr. Asst.-cum-Typist to Admn. Officer/Estate Officer. So for Jr. Steno to Admn. Officer/Estate Officer and similar cadre post. After completion of every seven years the person is entitled to get higher pay. For Example if the scale is framed as below:
Rs.8000-300-10100-400-12900-500-16400-700-21300-800-25300 (33 Years). There will be no need for further pay revision. A person will be benefited automatically after successful completion of seven years.
