gd afternoon sir i am dinesh here , i use a card of icici bank , i made a payment to them in november 1st and they are not accepting it, i have my bank statement and the banker letter which i have sent them already, i am geting calls for the payment again and again, what should i do? i have lodge a compain regarding this with RBI but no result sir plz help
dear sir, i have availed the facility of credit card from hdfc and sbi credit cards. i repaid the ammount on time which i used. but the both hdfc and sbi treated me badly by doing some wrong statement. i used the balance transfer facility from hdfc credit card to sbi credit card in the year 29-12-2006 for Rs 10000/. but sbi credit card didn't show that ammount in their statements till date and charging heavy interest. for the last two years i had been continously harrassed by the sbi card . on the other hand i had repaid the ammount to hdfc bank which i used for the balance transfer to sbi . but on 24-11-08 hdfc had debit an ammount of Rs 5000/ from my savings a/c of hdfc bank whereas i have not given any debit note. for so many times i tried to convince to both the banks by phone calls and through correspondance but of no use. still i have been harrassed by both sbi and hdfc credit cards. sir i was worked in sales when i availed the facility of credit card but by the mental pressure of the credit cards i have not concentrate on my job and now i am without any job and i have been deprived of monthly salary of Rs15000/ which i used to get from the said company.that due to sch activities of the credit cards my reputation in public as well as in my family members have been lowered. now i cannot move freely in my friend circle and relatives as well. sir help me to out from the avobe said prblem. regards sushil singh jamwal. jammu_sushil@yahoo.com
I have just had an outstanding amount of 4402RS for which they charged 852RS (Financial charges) 85.19 towards service tax 2.55 cess tax total nearly (21.36% per month), can anyone help me out how to take this unfair matter to RBI. I can bare the loss but few people are been cheated. Better we should kick the marketing guys.
I have SBI credit card No. 4317575184785047 & they are charging me the money which was they don't so pls. help me as they are telling me that they can send me the legal notice to me
I am facing problem with SBI Credit cards who are charging bill after they received the chq. payment stating after 5 months the chq. was bounced, whereas when i checked up with my bankers i.e SBI, they are confirming that the chq. was credited SBI cards on the same date and they issued certificate for the same which I forwarded to SBI cards but still they are not accepting and they are charging the bill alongwith fine / interest since 2 years which now became 5 times more. FYI, I have closed my card account with SBi after paying all my actual dues. But still they are sending statement charging fine/interest.In this connection I would request your suggestion to solve the issue as i am unable to tolerate their harrasement, regularly calling and disturbing during my working hours.
Sir, i am having ICICI Bank credit card got from 1 years before. But still not used any transaction.
But ICICI bank made ICICI lamboard insurance police-y without my knowledge, for me. I had not signed any insurance forms. But they told 29000 balance for my creidit card. They told over by phone regularly. i cannot work my office work.
Pls arrange to cancel my Lambord policy and my balance.

Sir, I was having a Credit Card from SBI. There I Made a Balance T/f to my another card on 3 EMI Basis. Now I have paid all amount. Last cheque paid before due date but they charged late fees to me. Then I called them where this matter got clear. And they said no amount is payable and I request them to Block my card. But their Massages for O/s Balance were comming as usual. Now 10days ago they called me for balance payment. I refused to pay any further amount which is belongs to me.I had used only Rs 6000/- and I had already paid the amount before due date. Now I have received a letter from a advocate. And their stated to harass me. Acoording to SBI my o/s is RS.4000/- (Late fee & Interest). Now I am thinking for legal action on the SBI card. Can I do this because I have not done any thing wrong? And Can I file a case with demand. Pls suggest me.
I was having a credit card from American Express bank. There were some dispute on payment and I hold the payment as they were not listening me. Finally a recovery agent came into picture and he settled the bill and too 4 cheques and given me reciept of these payment. They confirmed me that you will get settlement letter from Bank once the payment is realised from your bank. Now the payment is realised and Bank never sent me settlement letter & put me on CIBIL with remark written off amount.
Thanks to advise how can i proceed as I have all the bills and bank statement.
HDFC Bank called me for settlement of some Rs.6000 odd amount against a credit card of my wife for which last payment was made in November 2007. We kept on receiving statements for 4 times after which everytime we contacted the call center to inform that there is noting pending. They always told us that they have made a record of it & will revert with a call.
We never received a call thereafter. Now after 2years these people wake up and ask me to pay the money. On requesting for a statement they said they would provide it only if the matter is taken up legally as the account is frozen.
I do not mind paying the money, if it was really spend or outstanding. Pls suggest.
