The Dream of a great Leader & Motivator
by Giri on Aug 13, 2005 11:35 AM  Permalink

Resp. Sir,

I have got chance to read ur Speech. I am overwhelmed by the way u have been motivating ur employees & their respects in the society. If all the CEO of PSU shd follow ur footstep to motivate their employees. We have got abundant of wealth & no dearth of knowledge. But still due to non proper motivation & guidance and owningness of the people we are lacking in all aspects. Let us belive that the CEO take a leaf from ue speech & motivate their employees to bring the Nation to Glory. Thanking you & regards

Proud to be an Indian!
by Rishi Poddar on Aug 13, 2005 11:04 AM  Permalink

What all our political leaders couldn't achieve in 58 years of independence, Narayana Murthy has achieved with his team - given India self belief and confidence that we can be among the best in the world. His vision for the future is based on one word - Respect. As a country and as human beings, we need to keep our heads high and be respected among the global community for who we are - economically, culturally and socially. There is a long way to go for us to catch up with the world but the process began when we started believing in ourselves in the early nineties and now it is irreversible. The world is taking note, India will emerge as a superpower in the coming years and it is because true leaders like Narayanamurthy have shown what we Indians are capable of. The contribution of Infosys to the Indian psyche is far more than its revenues and profits. May God help us find more such leaders!!

Infosys'Dreams
by Dharmendra Goel on Aug 13, 2005 07:14 AM  Permalink

Pkl. 13th Aug. Saturday , 2005.
Well , to hear Sri Narain Murty's quarter- century
address to his global constituents is like a whiff of
fresh breeze , in a climate of Indian chokers , from cricket , to Economic leaders who just fail to convert the promise into rock-solid Achievements...
Wish that he becomes a Role model to India's Middle-class dreamers in the global scenarios...If only
India could replicate these success stories of Mittals , Azim Premjis and Sam Pitrodas of earlier
generations like Swaraj Pauls And Chattwals the
proverbial Image of Indians as non -performers shall
be erased clean...We wish Murty to open a new era...

Vision?
by Girish on Aug 12, 2005 10:43 PM  Permalink

The Low Cost Geo factor is the only driver here and Infosys has been smart to tap it. These guys know how to get state governments to allocate land to them. What vision is needed for zero innovation? All these high sounding statements make no difference.
