I have got chance to read ur Speech. I am overwhelmed by the way u have been motivating ur employees & their respects in the society. If all the CEO of PSU shd follow ur footstep to motivate their employees. We have got abundant of wealth & no dearth of knowledge. But still due to non proper motivation & guidance and owningness of the people we are lacking in all aspects.
