Hi, I read the article on Indian entrepreneurs.A large number of people are now leaving their high paying jobs to start their own establishments. The constant source of income, the airconditioned offices and job security are unable to deter them from venturing out in the unknown territory.
The 9 to 6 jobs is not as alluring as it might seems. The creativity of a person is unable to blossom in the 10' x 12' cubicle of a corporate office. You are not expected to take initiatives. You need to listen and obey your boss' instructions whether he is right or not. Freedom to choose the kind of work you want to do in non-existent.
There are many who want to sweat it out in the dirt and dust of the real world. But only a handful have the courage to break free from their comfort zones, and make their own road. Help from government, society, friends and co-workers are important ingredients in making a successful entrepreneur. However, it is an individual's courage, passion, motivation and vision that makes him what he is. My salutations to all these heroes who have made it big as entrepreneurs.
What entrepreuners require today is a body that acts as the guiding factor in terms of management skills , project management,Finance management with a customised roadmap that is specific in understanding the business model that can be made workable. Most of the starters today are pretty young and lack in basic management attitude. Although there are plenty of forums initiated ,still there is dearth of effective platforms where the entrepreunerial issues are given serious thought. Many fantastic concepts die a natural death due to lack of proper timing. The Govt Institutions dont still apprecite good projects but focuss on colateral securities as a cursor for loans. Morever Small business ventures have to also focus on best practices and think globally and act locally .The Trade associations are not doing enough to create awareness

i have ferm believe that every indian having entrepreneurship what we need a proper education system because whatever we study or having in courses has nothing to do with practical . lets take an example we do engineering or any technical course ,we became very clear about product making whereas we are not taught about finances and marketing.which are most important part of entrepreneurship. although we learn these things with times when we started our own. i think we should allow young persons to be inovative and take risk calculated from very young age. regds vinayak
