Entrepreneurs need more support .
by Manish Kumar Das on Apr 22, 2005 04:59 PM

Hi,
I read the article on Indian entrepreneurs.A large number of people are now leaving their high paying jobs to start their own establishments. The constant source of income, the airconditioned offices and job security are unable to deter them from venturing out in the unknown territory.

The 9 to 6 jobs is not as alluring as it might seems.
The creativity of a person is unable to blossom in the 10' x 12' cubicle of a corporate office. You are not expected to take initiatives.
You need to listen and obey your boss' instructions whether he is right or not. Freedom to choose the kind of work you want to do in non-existent.

There are many who want to sweat it out in the dirt and dust of the real world. But only a handful have the courage to break free from their comfort zones, and make their own road. Help from government, society, friends and co-workers are important ingredients in making a successful entrepreneur. However, it is an individual's courage, passion, motivation and vision that makes him what he is. My salutations to all these heroes who have made it big as entrepreneurs.

Manish
