BECOME A VEGETARIAN!!!!!!
by Rajivan Menon on Jun 10, 2008 09:56 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Yes. Vegetarianism will help save you money on food, on doctor (vegetarianism is healthier).

It also helps save environment.

Also, solves the food crisis (Afterall, we put in 1 tonne of vegetation to extract 1 kg of meat).

Of course least of yoru worries - it's non violent.

Afterall you wouldn't like your neck under the kitchen knife would you?

Vegetarian is good food always, but some things you require from animal kingdom also for that once a while (means once in a month or two) if you have fish and village chicken curry, it also provides many things essential for our body... It very true sir

Hi, Many of these things I actually practice and that doesn't indicate me that I live a dead life, infact I live a lavish life in my own style ... In this article actually what you found meaningless I couldn't get.

1. I prefer to stay near my work place I go by walk .. this gives me exercise in another way

2. I never use credit cards. Always prefer to have something when I have money or can lend on easy installments from the shop only... you should be able to convince shopkeeper.

3. As I am near I don't need tiffin I go home to have my lunch.

4. I call only those who are very close weekly. for other I think twice and rather take two days to chat if needed. Internet is best.

5. AC I don't prefer.

6. No pooling car as I stay near my work place

What else he had said wrong, I couldn't get you. Yes movies you have cable in your house or can have a big screen which will be of your full time use for life time

Even my wife loves my life style and she is happy what about you sir... How to keep her happy is upto you

cost cutting
by Dwaraka Nath on Jun 10, 2008 09:43 AM  Permalink

cost cutting should begin with rich and who can afford. i am seeing people using cars to drive to shop to buy bread, match box etc while doing so the drivers of the cars use the AC in the cars continuesly thereby consuming costly oil. the rich should concerve their wealth rather than spend it lavishly. present day riches do not care for others and do not bother about what poor will think of them and their attitude towards the society. now a days many of the families own more than two or three cars and not caring to bother about inconvinience being caused to others. the rich have forgotten their duties to the society as it used to be in earlier days when rich used to share their wealth for the benefit of society. can we change our attitude to the society by knowing our duties and responsibilities rather than highlighting rights?

A great news for wannabe people in IT. Try to join TCS. They are the only company that gave a raise even in this period. They are giving a very good salary even forfreshers, which u cant imagine elsewhere.
So why wait?? TCS interview papers are available everywhere. ANd if u r experience you would get an unimaginable salary and added to it a long term in the US. So people not in TCS come join it soon... remember "Early bird catches the worm..."

EAT LESS BUT DON'T MISS
by Arun Bhatnagar on Jun 09, 2008 06:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Skipping the dinner will harm your health and increase your doctor's bill. Digestive juices will harm you and one may end up having peptic ulcer or acidity.
Instead of skipping the meal eat less. It is better to remain slightly hungry than having a hearty meal.
Also eat seasonal vegetables instead of taking non-seasonal vegetables which are expensive and less nutritive.
In addition vegetarian meal is always cheaper than non-veg.

And whenevr one eats something its better you leave 5%space in ur stomach at the end. According to ayurveda one shouldnt fill the stomach completely, whether its break fast lunch or dinner. It keeps one more energetic and the person will never gain additional weight :-)

Mr. Maulick Thakkar as per your law, you can get energy from petrol... at the same time you cannot convert CO2 evolved back to petrol... If you can do it then you will get a big jack pot... If you say energy can neither be created nor be destroyed,it can only be converted from one form to another, then why do you need food everyday Best wishes ....
