Hey i have read too many sexual harassment cases and act on this forum so I thought to share...I have recently heard of this committee named Shaurya Committee that promotes awareness about Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, in India. They help employers take necessary actions to prevent and prohibit sexual harassment within their establishments and in the unfortunate event of any incident happening, then take necessary redressal actions as mandated by the “The Sexual Harassment (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) of Women At Workplace 2013 Act. Sexual harrasment in office is rampant every working woman faces it everyday, most simply bare and grin while some change their jobs to escape it and an exceptionally small number of people put their foot down and face it had on. Hi Rediff fools, Many gentle men end their life due to cheating of women after love. These men are also dieing due to the harassment in some or other way due to the women action of cheating. There is even no law in these cases. Have you posted any message like "Cheating of men after true love by women which is not even governed by any law is correct or not" to get comments. You won't because it is against mistakes of women.

There are many instances of women facing sexual harassment at work place. There are also a large number of instances of women getting special relaxation/favours from their bosses, which creates jealousy and heartburning in their male co-wrokers. There are many brilliant and hardworking women employees in offices, but there are others who think they have every right to work less, to come late and leave early. Likewise, there are similar categories amongst men also.
You just cannot generalise. Each place where men-women share common itnerests, be it a school, college, office has a different scenario. We would be better in a better situation if no sort of discrimination is made in between employees on account of their sex. Man or woman, each should be given equal, fair, respectful treatment.
i m working in a pvt.office in which my boss is a beautiful ladyof 35yrs old. Apart from my regular office work, she once asked my to satisfy her by doing sex with her on regular basis, because her husbond, who is living in UAE, is unable to give her a child & freely consented for our relations.I am having a sex with my boss since last 4 yaers which give her a beautiful kid of 2 yrs from us.She offered me a job looking at my acadamic abilities but got doubled advantage.i am enjoying the sex with her & i didnot faced the problem from anybody. My salary has gone up from mere 4,500/- P.M. to 53,200 P.M. in these 4 years apart from other benefit also. Now what will you say about this. She had proposed me for the sex and I also accepted the same looking at her beauty and my feelings to her rather than thinking about my job prospectus.This was not an harasement but my sheer luck that i got both in my hands and living very happily.

Well, if a female had written the same incident and said she did all this to satisfy her male boss and for her career, we all know what term would have been used to describe her ... Its pathetic situation of our society that just because you are male you can proudly say all this. Thank God u have some level of ethich and decency left in u not to disclose her name or name of the organization to all. But surely what u r doing is an act you ought to be ashamed off rather than calling urself lucky. I am surprised that all those guys who go ga ga over Indian culture in other discussion forums have not had anything to say on your behavior (or were u one of those glorifying Indian culture in other discussion boards?)

Dear S.Anand, thanks for your thoughts on the subject. you wrote about me. I agree that any one would have written the same but can you think when you are in my shoes?. i was starving of hunger when i came to this city. I have completed my edu'n in street ligt.I have done the type of work that usually does by donkey to say. After that only accidentally i got this above job. Thats what i said me a lucky. I even could not emagine in dream such lady in my life such a close. She is very smrt, Loveingly , careing &honest towards me.What about that kid who just recognises me. I can't liv without him.The situation today has given me the reapect, Money, dreams & Security which i perhaps could not collect in the present situation.By the way, we both are happy and as already said, her husbond has consented the relations and also recognises my presence in the family. He has relations with another women in gulf and the couple is going for divorce immidatly with boths consent. As far as me, I am commited towarsd the ralation and we both have decided to marry officially in near future though she is four year elder than me bcz we love and understand each other. I said luckey for not myself but the kind of life and security, the person in her i got. I am ready to face whatever challang comes to me in return to the life i have got from ****. I am really Luckey.thank u.****

dont marry with this girl, may be you will not happy after marriaage with this girl and tell me what you will do when she will be having physical relations with any other guy ????? BECAUSE one day will come when she will bore with you looking for another guy like you... Think about this.............

as u explained u have achieved a lot by ur luck and at the time ur very happy, u think only her positive points but as u r saying u love her very much but u should also know whether she loves u or not, because if her love is fake for u, u will be in great trouble, by the way congrats u and wish u a very happy married life.

Dear KAvitha,,,,, to me u seem to be know a person of female harrasment.. but mam u cannot clap with ust one hand.. if things are going woring at any place than according to me it is a joint fault of both the persons
How men control their felling ...moreover 99% bollywood movies based on sexual relation and stories all based on sex...like murder,kuch khuwasiain esi, every new movie comes with bold scense and item numbers..more over we can say our media entertainment is not healthy this is not only movie...in home we switch on TV how much healthy serials or shows on TV all are based on men relation with women...Mostly everyehere we see all topics around sex and lack of sexual education in india is the main reason for same.we are more crazy about movies..mostly we ignore the children while watching the movies with them in hall or at home.elder buddy is shakes while watching movies what about their children watching same with them.Howz movies effect on their brain..our Indian movies are based on only three things..good picturization, sexy dresses and sex..only few movies comes with good story and moral.
If we ask for sexual harassment for girls at working place that is wrong in India they are sexually abuse at many places..mostly in bollywood where they pay for same..everyone inspire from our media to do the same which held on our celluloid screens....
I wish the society upholds the dignity of women ! As the say goes...hundred criminals may escape but not even an innocent shall be punished...May I request our fellow citizens to maintain dignity and decency while making remarks on our women. Without MOTHER, we are not here !! Unfortunatethings are bound to happen everywhere but it's the responsiblity of entire humankind to protect the weaker section especially women and kids. We should not jump to any conclusion and generalise any issue.. Indian families are living in harmony with dignity, decency, respect and values thanks to our women and their dedication and sacrifice.. We should look at the matter in the greater interest of the society !! Plz stop insulting / degrading our women.. Jai Hind
