There are many instances of women facing sexual harassment at work place. There are also a large number of instances of women getting special relaxation/favours from their bosses, which creates jealousy and heartburning in their male co-wrokers. There are many brilliant and hardworking women employees in offices, but there are others who think they have every right to work less, to come late and leave early. Likewise, there are similar categories amongst men also.
You just cannot generalise. Each place where men-women share common itnerests, be it a school, college, office has a different scenario. We would be better in a better situation if no sort of discrimination is made in between employees on account of their sex. Man or woman, each should be given equal, fair, respectful treatment.
