Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
One can actually feel the all pervading divine power as a cool breeze, as described in all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.
This is the actualization of such transformation, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 90 countries.
It is entirely free of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of Divine Love.

I recently am facing an insecurity in my job. Wish my managers read and understand something from this. Though all this looks objective & practical, companies don't follow this approach. They are too materialistic [:-)]. Nice try

Mr Abhinav, Why you have left some entries from spamming abt Sahaj Yoga.
i must say that its one of those articles i was desperately looking for quite some time but could not find. some times, as it happened with me, some collegues do tend to tarnish our image by filing false complains with our boss, like the person comes to the job in an inabbriated state. and the problem arises when boss believes him. we cant even give an explaination. this article has helped me out tremendously. keep on the good work

Good work on this article....I am easily connecting to what has been mentioned....of late irritationhas crept in because of some colleagues and their comments......but htis part and parcel of a job.....Good advice has been thrown out for such situations....Keep up the good work....
One of the major stress generating factors at work is an bad boss / supervisor / manager and / or bad colleagues. You can deal with a bad colleague in one way or the other how would you deal with a bad superior. Since the superior is having an authority, you may not want to confront with him or even talk to him as you need the job for your own survival. In such cases most of us just swallow our emotions and get on with it.
This is good, realistic article that does provide one with tips to manage emotions at work. Very correctly mentioned, at times the stress at work is related to the way you handle your emotions. Being aware of one's thoughts does help. Thanks Yadnya
