Hello Sir, I am 22 yr old girl. I am commerce graduate n I had done Three yr diploma in IT from NIIT. Presently i m working as MIS Trainee in Govt. Sector for one yr. It is a part of GNIIT Curriculum. i want to setteled n work in abroad. I have communication problem bt this is nt a big problem for me coz i have full confidence on me that i can survive there. I can understand english when people talk to me in english. so it is nt a problem. I secure less marks in my school. so plz tell me when can my dream come true n i go to london. Do you feel that i cannot get visa n job there coz of my education or my english problem.
I applied for H1B in 1999 and rejected my visa on 221g but the stamp on my passport is AFU. I still dont know the real reason for my rejection. After that i never applied for another.
Now things are changed. 1) If i apply for H1B now, my earlier rejection will carry any shadow on the present and what are the chances of getting. 2) Could it possible to know reasons for my earlier rejection.
My business in India for the last 12 years is civil construction.Can my company apply for my L-1 visa and I start gas station or any other business in USA.Can there be problems in case of L-1 renewal or while applying for greencard.
I got L1 visa on 20th July 2006. I have a question for Mr. Peter or the readers . I would like to know if there is any time limit within which I should enter the USA.I was told by someone that I should enter the US within 90 days from the date of my L1 visa. Waiting for the reply Thanks Danny
