AFU
by Sivac on Oct 03, 2006 02:34 PM

Peter,

I applied for H1B in 1999 and rejected my visa on 221g but the stamp on my passport is AFU. I still dont know the real reason for my rejection. After that i never applied for another.

Now things are changed.
1) If i apply for H1B now, my earlier rejection will carry any shadow on the present and what are the chances of getting.
2) Could it possible to know reasons for my earlier rejection.

Thanks if you can clarify my doubt.

Regards

Sivac
