i m really satisfied with my work,i am little bit lucky in this respect,my boss used to harass me in front of my colleagues,but when i resisted,he started using his powers,he used to say to make my daily schedule of work and report to him everyday,where he used to scold me,but now he as left the company and not only this,along with him ,some other colleagues have left the company,and in my project,i m the sole member to handle my project,i m happy in my office now,but lots of fighting that we do in life cannot be avoided...like going in bus,train,on a shop,with ur relatives,friends,library....i dont know i have been in such situations that i had to fight,even i had not made a fault,i had to fight....i dont want to fight....but there such ciscumstances that arise that even you dont want to loose your temper....you cannot avoid the situation and had to fight.
When iam in working if the if systems (machines)is not in my control.i felt very angry.For example today i worked on one machine . But it is not setled properly,that time ,i throwntools or whatever it may be .That incident seen my colegue .they worned me ,do not do like that way. please tell me how to control my angryness
The article is too good. Loosing temper at work or at home, will further spoil the atmosphere. The best way is to leave the place (If it's at home) or hold your breath for a while and look at the floor i.e to send a signal that I am loosing my temper but controling it. This way atleast we can put a stop to the topic in discussion. If you loose your temper, better blow it out with a heavy breath (Hissing sound)or else it will build unwanted stress in your mind. I did MCA. Since my hubby works in US time I also had to search for a job in same time frame. So I landed up in BPO/KPO industry. I joined a company, worked on a project for an year. Since this work was very challenging I almost forgot that I wished to be a s/w engineer. The project was taken back. I joined this company. Lot of ex colleagues also joined. Now the real torture. My being a north Indian (in chennai), different upbringing is causing a problem. I am not out spoken however I speak openly. I mind my words and I speak my mind. They feel i am different. I don't mind calling wrong as wrong. Guys dont like my guts. That;s the way I figure. I accept that there might be something wrong at my side as well. I don't understand their psyche. Why they have to treat me differently. And it's just not me I have seen them making fun of another north Indian in other team. I wonder even in this corporate world people look at beauty (they do), caste, dharm. What A shame we don't do much of Karma. I dont mind bein alone but hate this feeling of I dont exist in office. I dont know if it is ok to tell your colleagues about the interview u hv given. Coz they too bite at ur back to gain WHAT???
