The article is too good. Loosing temper at work or at home, will further spoil the atmosphere. The best way is to leave the place (If it's at home) or hold your breath for a while and look at the floor i.e to send a signal that I am loosing my temper but controling it. This way atleast we can put a stop to the topic in discussion. If you loose your temper, better blow it out with a heavy breath (Hissing sound)or else it will build unwanted stress in your mind.
