The moment I got up from the bed, I will take 2 Glasses of Cold (mild) water without fail and they go for normal exercise. I am 57 years old. After coming to office I will take 3 litres of water daily. I will never skip morning exercise so far. I used to go for 4 KMS walk during holidays after excercise.

i drink four litres(bottles) of water daily. I drink one litre of water on empty stomach. I have two litres of water at work and finally I consume another one litre of water by the time I go to bed. I dont drink water half-an-hour before and after having food. I have been drinking water like this since six years. Still, I feel no improvement of any kind(i.e. no weight loss, no activeness etc..). Is there any problem with me.
I drink lots of water everyday minimum 14 glasses of water. One day i had drink 20 glasses of water. I don't wait for my body signals to drink water, whenever i am sitting ideal i drink water, water is good for health. SO IF U WANT TO LOOK GOOD DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
I know that drinking water is good for health but, I always forget. I drink only 6 or 7 glases of water daily though I want to drink 12 glasses daily. I am overweight by 10 kgs. I am 59 year old working lady. Please help me to loose weight. ThanQ Sumathi
As usually i used to take one and half bottles of water in a day. Sometimes i feel heavynesness in my stomach. So will it not be the reason to increase the size of my stomach????
All my family members are habituall to take 2 glass of water in the morning, without taking tea or anything. Would it be cause for any harmfull or not???
