i drink four litres(bottles) of water daily. I drink one litre of water on empty stomach. I have two litres of water at work and finally I consume another one litre of water by the time I go to bed. I dont drink water half-an-hour before and after having food. I have been drinking water like this since six years. Still, I feel no improvement of any kind(i.e. no weight loss, no activeness etc..). Is there any problem with me.
