Can you please clarify this statement "Do not drink water while having a meal. According to Ayurveda, it leads to dilution of the digestive juices. This could lead to improper digestion. You can drink water half an hour before or after your meal." Do you mean "half an hour before meal and half an hour after meal" or "half an hour before meal and can be immedialtely after meal".I and my colleague and having an argument over this.
I'm into the habit of drinking 2-3 glasses of warm to hot water just after i wake up in the morning.Should i continue with it?Friends say, drinking cold water,in the morning,rather contributes to weight loss??!!Is it so? need help please.

Well on an average I drink about 4/5 glasses of water.
I am a working woman.I used to take 2 an 1/2 water in day time as I present in my work place.But when I return back to my home I used to take 5 to 6 glass of water .In that way I used to take 7 to 8 glass of water per day.Now tell me that much quantity is sufficint or not.
