Water consumption

Hi !
I take almost 10-15 glass (4-6 litres)a day. Is it harmful to consume more as you suggest 8-10 glass a day? Kindly reply

Clarification of a statement

Can you please clarify this statement
"Do not drink water while having a meal. According to Ayurveda, it leads to dilution of the digestive juices. This could lead to improper digestion. You can drink water half an hour before or after your meal."
Do you mean "half an hour before meal and half an hour after meal" or "half an hour before meal and can be immedialtely after meal".I and my colleague and having an argument over this.

how much water do i consume in a day.

I'm into the habit of drinking 2-3 glasses of warm to hot water just after i wake up in the morning.Should i continue with it?Friends say, drinking cold water,in the morning,rather contributes to weight loss??!!Is it so?

I drink 15 glass of water a day. When i drink lots of water my weight increase little bit.So What can i do. Should i stop it,or not. I have no time to regular exercise. Because i am working women.I took water everyday in my home. That is so hard worked. Plz help.

i used take 7 glass of water everyday. and i feel tired all the time - and not getting sufficient energy to work all the day which i wanted to work.

I will drink 5 to 5 and half litres of water per day.I feel very energetic upto 3.00 pm but after 3'o clk,Iget tired of.

Yes, most of the time, I tend to forget to drink water. But even before I read yr article on Water Drinking, I knew that drinking lot of water is good for health.

Well on an average I drink about 4/5 glasses of water.

Hai,

Iam 36 yrs old, & weigh 74 kgs. I drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water daily, is it enough. Most of the time i forget to drink water because i am very busy.

I am a working woman.I used to take 2 an 1/2 water in day time as I present in my work place.But when I return back to my home I used to take 5 to 6 glass of water .In that way I used to take 7 to 8 glass of water per day.Now tell me that much quantity is sufficint or not.
