Why VOs in chennai consulate are asking for the client letters when it is fair that the end clients wont involve in the H1 process? I was issued 221g thrice for the client letter. My employer says its impossible to produce it. How should we convince the VO? What are the chances of stamping?
Dear Sir In Oct 2004 I have two Petation ready but I select one , becase consulate ask for Client doc under 221g I had 2 time interview with Chennai Consulate for H 1 b visa in July 2005 month and submitted required my client doc, that time they told they time Administative process befor clearing visa . sinnce that I am monthly send mail to consulate for checking status every time they reply it is in Administrative process, how long I can wait for same.
my Q1 : As with my first petation which is still pending for Administrative process. My question is will my other Petation is still valid I mean can I use other petation for get H1B because both I got in Oct 2004 and valid till May 2007 ?
Q2: will there be problem because of pervious pending H1b for new petation Q3 : As my pervious petation which is pending at Chennai can I apply for interview in Mumbai Consulate for this new petation as I am basicaly from Nagpur Maharastra state please guide me .
My parents US visitor visa got rejected when they provided my Aunt's sponsor letter.Now I am in the US with H4 visa and my husband is in H1B,so how better off do the stand now if they apply with a sponsor letter from us.

As I understand US Consulate office works from four regions in India and each visa section has its own jurisdiction to work from. Also, depending on where I belong to, I need to find out the nearest Consultate office for personal appearance purposes.
Hence, can I have a preference on one location over other consulate office to get my dependent visa (H4) ? Can I get it done from New Delhi Consulate let us say, instead of Chennai office depending upon whichever can give me early appointment date.
It will be of great help if you can suggest some likely questions. Particularly for candidates who are appearing for 2nd or 3rd time. Also please give some tips if one intends to change the particulars in the application after the same is submitted in the visa application center like vfs.
