My self syed i have done B.Tech(I.T) and my percentage is in between 50-60, and i can't look for a job in I.T, so for that reason i have to work in B.P.O, and i tried for many companies but unfortunately i got rejected, can you please give me some advice that i can apply in future.

Knowing & doing, Both are different... Cos, Ppl who understands the job won't worry about language... As they need paycheck, They'll learn to do their work... Only thing I suggest you is "Work to learn, Don't work for money"
Do something which you don't understand... Cos, its a job, if that person needs you & you are polite enough... He'll train you up...
Be cool in interviews... Don't worry if he asks why you wan't to do tis by studying that... You can ask them, why I shouldn't...? Instead of getting tensed of that question...
I have done BMA & PG in Material Management in 1991 ,1992,now i want to improve on that and interedted in doing some latest course releated to Material or Operation Management.I am working in this field since 1993.
Pls someone can tell me, how can i find the english speaking clubs in metro city of mumbai, i have feeling very hard time in finding anyone within my friend circle has desire to speak with me in english, because they don't any kind of interst in speaking in english.
