Dear Mr.Vakil, I want to know how tough is it going to be for me to get a student visa.I have applied to US universities for a PhD in plant sciences.I may not get sufficient financial aid since I applied much later(one/two months after the deadline).My brother is the sole breadwinner in the family and is working in the US (he holds a H1B visa),and is also my sole sponsor for the moment.Will my visa be rejected on the grounds that I may not return to India since my brother works in the US? i completed my 15 years of education in india, and want to study MS in USA. i want to study 1 year diploma course in USA to complete 16 years of education to study MS. I request you to suggest me Universites which offer this courses.

sir i am of 42years.i did 2years diploma in pharmacy in 1982 from haryana technical board of education.i want job in us.is it possible to get job on behalf of student visa or is there any placement agency that can provide me job in US or any developing country.
i will be obliged if u provide me some of genuine placement agencies in delhi.
