Dear Mr.Vakil, I want to know how tough is it going to be for me to get a student visa.I have applied to US universities for a PhD in plant sciences.I may not get sufficient financial aid since I applied much later(one/two months after the deadline).My brother is the sole breadwinner in the family and is working in the US (he holds a H1B visa),and is also my sole sponsor for the moment.Will my visa be rejected on the grounds that I may not return to India since my brother works in the US? Thanks.
