hello sir,i have completed my 3 year diploma in electrical engg. and bachelors (b-tech) in electrical engg., i already got admission in MBA(MIS) in university (USA), BUT I have one study visa REJECTED from CANADIAN embassy for non relevant studies,so can i get study visa from us ? is there any bad effect of one stamp on my passport in interview.

Doctor I have MSc (Pharmacology)from Inidan then I did MBA (finance) from london. Now I want to study Nutrition. I am already accepted in MS Nutrition program in USA.I wish to know that changing field of education field will affect my visa application. How can I explain this to Visa officer if they ask? Sir, I had attended the F1 visa interview on the 2nd of june under emergency quota in Chennai. But my visa was refused stating that i do not have sufficient funds which is not the case as the visa officer had not seen all my bank statements. As my college is going to start on the 16th of june im planning to re-apply , but there is no date available at the chennai Us embassy. so can i apply to New delhi . And also if i can apply for the emergency quota once again or not.
