Sir, I had attended the F1 visa interview on the 2nd of june under emergency quota in Chennai. But my visa was refused stating that i do not have sufficient funds which is not the case as the visa officer had not seen all my bank statements. As my college is going to start on the 16th of june im planning to re-apply , but there is no date available at the chennai Us embassy. so can i apply to New delhi . And also if i can apply for the emergency quota once again or not.
