We shy away from things and do not do, when we give importance to what others think of me, that what growth it does to me.
Focus on what growth it does to you.
and to learn to communicate, you should be there at every possible dias to communicate and face a crowd. Take every possibility, as the first person, to communicate while you are in groups.
When one learn to drive a car, they dont drive well, during that learning period. If they shy away from roads, they can never learn driving.
Its ok to do something and improve instead of not doing at all.
Be at it, to beat it

If you have knowledge of basic english, but you are not efficient in speaking, or if you have hesitation in speaking english. Then the best way to remove your hesitation is to join a institute or club like 'Toastmasters club'.

In india you can go for '''Anurag Aggarwal Institute of public speaking'. You will be trained for all those things which are a big problem in speaking english.

Most of the time we have hesitation for Speaking English is that we are afraid to speak in 'Public'. So you can go for ''Public Speaking course'' in which you will be trained for the following --

Hi Karan,
I am a soft skills specialist. It is quite natural for you to feel nervous, in fact it is healthy! Get rid of nervousness by preparing well, carrying an highlighted outline of your presentation to peep into, dressing formally and creatively visualizing success using all your senses - see, hear and feel success. Good Luck to you!
