I have read the article by Rukmini Iyer dated 30th June, 2005, and am very much interested in learning more about the subject.
I am working with NIS Sparta and am involved in bringing change in the behavorial aspect of frontline sales personnel of various companies and also to look after the grooming aspect of these sales people who come in direct contact with the Customers of our Clients, who are major players in the FMCG Industry. I am therefore very much interested to learn more about soft skills and would like to obtain a professional degree, if any, from any institute of repute.
I would therefore be extremely obliged if you could please let me know some details or let me know how I can contact Ms Iyer and learn more about the profession from her.

All I wanna say is a big 'YES' to your article, FYI I am not a good techie, but I always lead in my team the only reason be these soft skills. I never share any working-style-secrets amongst the team, coz 'disclosing your secrets is the best way to destroy yourself'. Cheers Raj
