soft skills

Hi,

All I wanna say is a big 'YES' to your article, FYI I am not a good techie, but I always lead in my team the only reason be these soft skills. I never share any working-style-secrets amongst the team, coz 'disclosing your secrets is the best way to destroy yourself'.
